Repeat positioning accuracy refers to the degree of deviation when the machine tool repeatedly positions itself at the same position, reflecting the stability and consistency of the machine tool. Processing accuracy: For dimensional accuracy, it can be controlled within the range of ±0.002 mm to ±0.005 mm; for shape accuracy (such as roundness, cylindricity, etc.), it can usually reach about 0.001 mm to 0.003 mm. Processing accuracy depends on many factors such as the overall performance of the machine tool, tool quality, and processing technology.
